1. The service

Debt Free Millionaire ("DFM", "we", "us") is a financial-literacy platform made up of the Debt Free Millionaire game, the Learning Academy courses, and the Debt Free Investor simulator, all at debtfreemillionaire.rocks and its subdomains. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

• You must give us a working email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
• A Debt Free Millionaire account may be created by an adult (18 or older) for themselves, or by a parent or legal guardian who manages it for a child. Learners aged 6–19 can also join through Xogos Gaming, whose own terms apply to that membership.
• One person per account. Do not share logins or sell access.

3. Students and parents

When a parent registers a student, the parent is the account holder and the student account belongs to that family. The parent can see the student's course progress, grades, written work and game activity, and can reset the student's password. Students are told on their welcome page that their parent has this access. We do not sell or share a student's information, and we collect only what the courses and game need to work (see the Privacy Policy).

4. Membership and billing

• Membership is US$9.99 per month or US$99.99 per year, charged in advance and renewed automatically every month or every year (the plan you chose) until you cancel. Prices include applicable taxes unless the checkout page says otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• A membership covers one family: the parent and the students registered under it.
• If a payment fails we will email you and retry; if it keeps failing, access pauses until it succeeds.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.

5. Cancelling and refunds

• You can cancel anytime from My account (Manage billing) or by emailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new month has started, except where the law requires it.
• Memberships granted with a textbook purchase (see below) are not refundable separately from the book.

6. Textbooks

Each printed textbook sold in our store includes 60 months of membership, activated by the code inside the book. Book orders are shipped to the address you give at checkout. Unopened books may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the book price less shipping; the membership months attached to a returned book are removed.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's accounts, scrape our content, or use the platform for anything unlawful. Written work you submit in the Academy must be your own and must not be abusive. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Your work and our content

The essays, answers and game progress you create stay yours. You give us permission to store them, show them to you and (for students) to the parent on the account, and to use them in anonymised form to improve the courses. Everything else — courses, game, artwork, text and code — belongs to Xogos Gaming, Inc. or its licensors and is for your personal, non-commercial learning only.

9. Not financial advice

Debt Free Millionaire teaches money concepts through simulation. Nothing in the game, the courses or the investing simulator is personal financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and simulated results say nothing about real markets. Talk to a licensed professional before making real financial decisions.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, Xogos Gaming, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; when the change matters we will email account holders at least 14 days before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may close accounts that break section 7 or that have been unpaid for more than 12 months.
